i’ve mentioned this before, but breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.  (i have a lot of food favorites.) 🙂  yesterday, tom and i made a wickedkillersweet breakfast with hash browns and breakfast burritos.  tom made the burritos and i made the hash browns.

last friday night was date night, as usual, and we had tickets to go to the local comedy club to see John Pinette (huh-freakin-larious!).  instead of worrying about making it to the restaurant and out in time for the show, i decided to eat dinner

strawberry banana smoothies have become my afternoon pick-me-up.  they’re delicious, healthy and so amazingly good.  the amounts below are for one large serving.  multiply as needed. 1/2 c apple juice 1/2 c milk 3/4 c frozen whole strawberries 1/2 c frozen banana slices 1/2 c

found this delicious recipe on the back of a bag of coconut and the result was pretty delicious. 🙂  they taste like little almond joys! 5 1/3 c coconut 2/3 c sugar 6 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp salt 4 egg whites 1 tsp almond extract
