i’m fan of chicken strips.  i like that you can eat them with a variety of dips and they always taste good.  i also like that you can get them at just about any restaurant.  chicken strips are always a safety net for me. 🙂

i think that lemon compliments chicken perfectly.   this is a simple dish to serve in the springtime, it’s very light and tastes great with angel hair pasta and a steamed veggie. source 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 egg 3 tbsp of lemon juice

i was so pleased with the outcome of my kung pao chicken, i decided to try my hand at another asian dish.  one of the mall food court variety. i really liked the sauce and the chicken coating.  it is shown above, served on a

the jury is still out on this dish.  tom likes it.  i like it.  i think that more could be added to it to give it some “oomph”.  next time, i may cut down on the amount of rice.  or grill the chicken and saute

i’ve never cooked an asian dish before.  ever.  i even have this rule, that i will only go out for asian food four times a year.  in the past year, restaurants such as stir crazy, pei wei and sagano’s have made me change the rule
